Frys Veg Polony Topping #Recipe
As a hindu , there are several days in a week where one does not eat any form of meat,fish or eggs.Coming up with tasty meals that the family will enjoy can be a difficult task.With the month long fast coming up later this month , all mums are on the look out for something yummy to make.
This recipe I am sharing is a firm favourite in our home.It is a perfect packed lunch option or something different to impress your guests.
Ingredients :
1/2 of a Frys Vegetable Polony
1 onion finely chopped
1 green chilli finely chopped
1 tomato chopped
Egg free mayo
salt and pepper to taste
Method :
1)Grate the polony.
2)Add all the chopped ingredients.
3)Mix well with mayo.
4) Season to taste.
Serving suggesting
1)Topping for sandwiches
2)Topping for canapes on melba toast or crackers but serve immediately.
3)A few spoons can be added to a salad.
Variations:
- Chopped peppers for colour and textures.
- Mixed herbs.
- Chopped coriander to garnish
- Paprika to flavour.
