Mini Me Memorables a great gift idea !
Ever since watching Austin Powers , I loved the idea of having a “Mini Me ” Â The idea having a smaller version of yourself is pretty cool I think. BUT in reality my lil cousin is a mini version of me. So when the folk at Mini Memorables got in touch with me I felt like a kid again all excited about building, making and owning LEGO. Mini Me memorable is a South African company and all LEGO components are real.
Fast forward a few years ago , while living in London I took my then lil cousin to LEGOLAND. Ok ok maybe I convinced her that it would be great for her birthday. Such a fun-filled day we had creating memories and LEGO. I was blown away by just how everything was made with LEGO. The LEGO Mini world was stunning with mini LEGO models of tourist attractions around the world. So finding out I could create my own LEGO mini me was amazing.
I headed off to https://www.minimememorables.co.za/ to starting building me. In my head I had the vision of a Superhero as one of my favourite quotes is

The site is very easy to navigate and has hundreds of options for building your Mini Me Memorable. On the site you will find heads with various hair colours and styles and accessories , torso in several styles and so many accessories to finish off your figurine. I did spend some time on the site trying to make the vision in my head , unfortunately I could not find the legs to match the torso I had picked so when placing my order online I had left a note about my drama and guess what the team at Mini Me Memorables sent me the legs to match my torso. In my drama of finding the legs I came across a mermaid tail and so I added that to my figurine who does not want to be a mermaid.
Within three days my order arrived and I was so excited to open up my package. My main concern was losing the tiny LEGO pieces and how I would show off my Mini Me. The team at Mini Me are fantastic and each figurine comes in a little plastic box with a lid so no pieces get lost and the best part in their store they have these transparent display stands for your Mini Me to stand on and you can even add a personalized message on the stand. Now how cool is that ! I was impressed by how my Mini Me looked so much like me .
