Take Chances
Life is way too short to not take a chance and go after your dream. We are often too cautious and do not like to venture outside of our comfort zones.
Every great mind was met with opposition for their “crazy ideas” but still they took chances and things worked out. Often we are too afraid to take a leap of faith into the unknown. More often than not we are our own biggest critic and we stop ourselves from thinking bigger and achieving what set our soul on fire.
I have learnt from life to take chances and to be brave even if it scares me.Most of the time my gamble has worked out and I have ended up doing something pretty awesome. So today I am going to share with you some nuggets of wisdom on taking chances :
- Always have a Plan B just in case.
- If your dreams do not scare you they are not big enough.
- Failure is  not an option.
- You are a winner !
- Be flexible with your methods not your goals.
- Work hard in silence.
Sometimes I get asked the question how did you do that ?!? And honestly 9 out of ten times I simply took a chance. I put myself out there,made a noise and knocked on some doors. Not always were these positive chances but they did not stop me from trying and working harder towards my goal. Every where we look around there are loads of opportunities just waiting to be plucked but we are too scared to ask and afraid of rejection.
I have learnt that rejection is ok and simply means I need to work harder and change my approach. In life the popular saying nothing ventured nothing gained is all about taking those chances and opportunities life brings.
BUT to take chances you need :
- To  be brave.
- Humble.
- Kind.
- Goal driven.
- Be good to all you meet as you never know one day they may be the person giving you a chance.
- Have cheerleaders by your side.
The first 4 months of 2016 have been all about taking chances and YES the results were amazing. So going forward I am going to keep taking chances and never give up on my dreams regardless of how much they scare me. I will keep doing more and telling the Universe what I want.Even if I do not know how to do it I will learn.
Never give up on your dreams ,Keep going ! You will be surprised how life changes when you start taking chances.
