Mangwanani African Spa Brand Ambassador

A few weeks ago, I was sent an email from the Mangwanani team.The email said that I had been shortlisted as a Brand Ambassador.I literally sat there reading the email with my mouth open.Surprised would be an understatement.The email asked me for some details which I replied to as soon as I could.And then I forgot about it all.That was until I recieved an email telling me that I was chosen as the Brand Ambassador for the KZN region.Over the moon I was!

So my role would run for 12 months from the 1st September 2015.I am very honoured to be chosen as the Brand Ambassador for such a fantastic African brand.

A little background on the brand :
1) Mangwanani means Good Morning in Shona.
2)The brand was born in 2002 to provide sheer indulgence in pampering from head to toe.
3)Mangwanani’s main goal is to uplift rural woman and therefore allow previously disadvantaged local communities to be empowered by their natural abilities.
4)The spa has created their own range of signature products.All the products are natural ingredients and essential oils.
5)Since 2009 ,80 000 visitors have enjoyed treatments at Mangwanani.
6)There are 23 branches that can be found throughout South Africa.
7)KZN Tourism choose Mangwanani as one of the 5 experiences that they will be marketing and recommending to tourists.
8)Mangwanani African Spa has won the South African Spa of the Year award for 9 consecutive years.
9)The company currently employs 800 permanent staff and 600 seasonal staff.
10)Mangwanani boasts a level 1 BBBEEE rating.
