My Dyme Beauty App Experience
So last week I was due to head off on a media trip on Friday when it struck me on Tuesday evening I needed to do a pedicure as my last treatment was the first week in February.So I recalled that I was asked to review the Dyme Beauty app and decided to download it and claim my treatment.I normally have a pedicure with Gelish done on my nails as it lasts much longer for me and looks fab.And I spend a lot of time on my feet and my travels over the last few months have taken a beating on my feet and my Gelish was starting to grow off.
After downloading my app went through the treatment menu.I was rather surprised to see how many treatments were on offer.I was torn between a massage or my pedi in the end the Pedicure won.I placed my order and then tried to complete the booking form but for some reason my address could not be found and I used the chat option to get some help in my booking.Within 30 seconds I got a reply and my appointment was booked for Thursday with no hassle at all.
On Thursday I received a reminder SMS about my booking I was glad I had thought about load shedding and booked my appointment outside of the time.There was a call from my artist who could not make it but had managed to arranged another artist to do my pedicure. I was just glad I was able to get my things done as I still had so much to do before my trip on Friday including packing.My new artist Iksha called and asked me my colour preferences for my Gelish.The Dyme Beauty App kept informing me of the location of my artist as she was on route to me.
