Butter Paneer Recipe

Paneer is an excellent source of calcium and protein. It is a versatile ingredient to cook with and absorbs the flavours and spices of the dish.It is an Indian cheese made from curdled milk and does not melt,it keeps it shape and has a mild flavour. This dish is very much a North Indian dish and the use of fresh cream and butter ghee makes it rather decadent. This Butter Paneer dish will really impressive your vegetarian guests and will become a meal you cook rather often for the whole family.

I used my OMSAfrica non stick pot and made it a one pot meal. With loadshedding and time constraints we need to use equipment and ingredients that make cooking a pleasure and not a chore we detest.
