#LondonDiaries Day 4

Day 4 I packed my bags and checked out of the gorgeous Cumberland Hotel in London.I awaited for my uncle and cousin to come pick me up.
My luggage was stored with the concierge until I was ready to leave. When my family arrived it was all hugs and kisses while my luggage was put into the car.I say farewell to my beloved London and we headed to High Wycombe.It was non stop chatting catching up.
Before we got home, we stopped at Tesco for a few bits.I was so excited to go shopping in Tesco got some of my favourite treats including Pear and Almond tart.We headed home , I was feeling a lil tired at this point but was really looking forward to seeing my aunt.It was very emotional as my aunt has cancer and its been 2 years since my cousin her daughter passed on.
My cousin prepared lunch which was the yummiest veg burgers ever with caramelised onion relish and sweet potato fries.It was great to sit and catch up with family with several cups of tea in typical British fashion.I then unpacked my suitcase with all the stuff mum had sent for the family.A quick Berocca and the aunt wanted to start go shopping
It was great spending time with my aunt shopping and chatting.Later that evening all four of us we went to Wagamamas one of my favourite London eateries.I was really been spoilt by my family.I climbed into bed at 11pm that night totally shattered after I ate the choccies left on my bedside table I drifted into a deep slumber.
Day 4 was very different from my other days in London BUT it was a very special day spending time with my family.It often the simple things in life that matter.
